Mitch and the entire staff are wonderful people who are willing to help you grow. I can personally give them a lot of credit for my success since I started my own business. Also another great thing about them is they will stick with you through the hard times and figure out a plan that works for you. Which says a lot about them! Esta es una empresa de arrendamiento financiero, en Lenexa, KS.En Enero, de este año, mi abuelito fallecio y mis papás tuvieron que ir a México. Mi papá ha sido camionero (“troquero”) por más de 28 años y había dejado mi hermano encargado de manejar el camión, por el tiempo que iban estar en México. Pues antes que mis papas podían regresar del viaje, mi hermano tuvo un accidente y declararon el camión una pérdida total. Durante este mismo tiempo, ese mismo hermano, dejó que el banco recogiera un carro/auto, por no seguir haciendo los pagos mensuales. Esto le afectó el crédito a mi papá porque actuó como cofirmante (cosigner) para poder sacar el carro.Regresando de Mexico, mi papa empezó a buscar a ver donde podia conseguir dinero para poder comprar otro camión y ponerse de vuelvo a trabajar. Los gastos y facturas comenzaron a acumularse y nadie nos quería prestar el dinero, en ese momento difícil. Yo, un dia le llamo a la señora Debbie y le explico la situación que estaba ocurriendo y me dijo que ella iba a hablar con superiores de haber que se podía hacer. A unos cuantos días la señora, muy amable, me regresa la llamada y me dice que siempre si nos iban a poder prestar el dinero!Por la razón que estábamos batallando conseguir dinero, mi papa habia buscado camiones, no muy caros, medios baratos y cuando finalmente encontró uno que le había gustado, el vendedor decido vender el camión a alguien más, y un, otra vez, nos quedamos sin camion. Cuando le dije esto a la señora Debbie, ella fue, y habló otra vez con sus superiores y me avisó/notifico que para ayudar a mi papá, fue aprobado para un préstamo de casi el doble del valor del préstamo original! WOW! No lo podíamos creer.La señora Debbie ha sido como un ángel para nosotros. Si no fuera por el apoyo y ayuda de ella, no se de donde mi papá hubiera conseguido el dinero. Ella siempre fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros. Me ayudó a entender cada paso del proceso del préstamo, me explico todas las condiciones muy bien, y hasta me respondió/contesto mensajes de texto cuando ella andaba de vacaciones con su familia!Poder encontrar personas como la señora Debbie, te da fe que todavia ay buena gente en este mundo.
