This was my first time financing a unit for my business, I had a million questions and there was a lot of unknown material for me. Lily Davis reached out to me about financing a dump trailer. As a newer company we did not know this was even an option. I had been paying weekly to rent what I now pay monthly to OWN a dump trailer. She made the process super easy for us and had the trailer in our hands in just a few days. They even went above and beyond and helped me with getting everything insured properly. Jordan rice is the go to man for financing. I have a 380 credit score and he got me into an amazing truck. With little down, and a great intrest rate. He communicated every step of the way. Coming from a distance land called California to the beautiful Midwest to embark on a massive 260 acre project was a logistical rubix cube understanding the Business climate and just how things are done.. In my business equipment is a beyond critical need in redundancy. After finding the right equipment dealer the process of financing was decided on and came into play as I was adamant that we wanted to keep things with a local family led business just as ours is. I was introduced to Mitch ( a real working Executive Officer ) and his team @ Commercial Capital.
They are hands down the best in the Business and will definitely fuel the massive growth this area is coming under.
