Throughout 2026, new team members have joined Commercial Capital in roles across sales, credit, operations, customer experience, and human resources. Each brings experience and a different perspective to the work we do for our customers and partners.
Get to know the people who joined us this year and the roles they play across the company.
Jen Duke, Head of Human Resources
As Head of Human Resources, Jen Duke supports the company’s people-focused initiatives, employee development and recruitment.
“I am excited to join Commercial Capital Company and be part of an organization that truly values doing the right thing for both its employees and customers. What drew me to CCC was its commitment to investing in people and fostering a culture built on trust, integrity, and relationships. I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.”
Jackson Surratt, Credit Analyst
As a Credit Analyst, Jackson Surratt works with Commercial Capital’s Credit team to evaluate credit opportunities and support lending decisions.
Jackson is a former Commercial Capital intern who recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and now joins the company full-time, continuing the career he began through the internship program. His transition reflects Commercial Capital’s commitment to investing in emerging talent and developing future leaders.
Ali Malito, Collateral Operations Specialist
As a Collateral Operations Specialist, Ali Malito supports Commercial Capital’s collateral processes and the work the team does for customers and funding partners.
Alli brings nine years of experience as a Commercial Title Specialist, primarily serving the state of Missouri. “I’m really enjoying my role because I learn something new every day while working with multiple states and a variety of collateral,” said Malito. “I’m excited to continue learning, contributing, and growing with Commercial Capital.”
Janice Schrader, Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, Janice Schrader works behind the scenes to improve the processes and resources that support the sales team and its customers. Her work includes supporting application and system improvements and helping ensure sales representatives have the tools and information they need to set customers up for success. Janice also coordinates company merchandise and apparel, customer gifting, and promotional items.

As one of eight siblings, family has played a significant role in shaping who I am, so joining a family-run business feels like a natural fit. I look forward to creating meaningful customer experiences, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.”
Jimmy Homan, Asset Manager
As Asset Manager, Jimmy Homan oversees equipment assets and supports the company’s asset management efforts, including inventory, equipment condition and warehouse operations.
Jimmy brings experience in sales and hands-on roles that have helped him build strong communication skills and a practical approach to his work. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, working on cars and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Deyni Gomez, Front Desk
As Front Desk Coordinator, Deyni Gomez serves as one of the first points of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while helping support daily office operations and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the company.
With a background in customer service and administrative support, Gomez is passionate about creating positive experiences for both customers and team members. “I’m excited to join Commercial Capital because the company’s core values align so closely with my own, especially the commitment to being tenacious and always finding a way,” said Gomez. “I look forward to growing professionally, sharpening my skills, and contributing to such a wonderful team,”.
Tyler Wilcox, Sales Executive
Tyler Wilcox supports the company’s inside sales efforts, builds relationships and helps businesses find equipment financing solutions that meet their needs.
A former Commercial Capital intern, Tyler earned his associate degree in Business Communications from Rockhurst University. After gaining hands-on experience as part of the company’s 2026 intern class, he joined Commercial Capital full-time.
