January – Rhys Winter
Rhys started with Commercial Capital in June 2023 as an Accountant. He hails from Australia and moved to the U.S. to attend college. He earned his BASc: Accounting from BYU in 2022 and moved to Kansas City with his wife, Stephanie, in 2023. He enjoys being around people, having fun, and not taking life to seriously.

February – Alejandro Zubia
Alejandro has been with Commercial Capital since 2021, however, his journey with us started back in 2016 when he first worked for Larry Rice as a mechanic mastermind and auto salesman. Larry immediately recognized the exceptional work ethic, integrity, and sales ability that Alejandro possessed and eventually convinced him to join Commercial Capital as a bi-lingual Sales Executive to help grown our Spanish speaking cliental base. Since then, Alejandro has been a pillar to our company of what it means to live out our Core Values and be successful. Most recently, Alejandro was in the top 5 for New Opportunities and top 3 for New Vendors.

Whether it is getting printer paper from the warehouse or figuring out what that funny noise in your car is; Alejandro is a one-stop shop for assistance without ever expecting anything in return. He is a good egg.”

March – Lucy Perez
Lucy joined Commercial Capital in November of 2023 as our receptionist, and she has since been promoted to our Customer Success team. Lucy has assisted countless Spanish speaking clients, helping with insurance processing, kept our front entrance sparkling clean, and is always willing to help where needed with a ‘can do’ positive attitude and a smile!

April – Cheyla Shaw
Cheyla joined our Documentation team April of 2023 as a Documentation Specialist. Over the last year, Cheyla has been a major asset to the Documentation team and has been key to ensuring our leases are compliant and our customers and Sales Executives are taken care of.

May – Natalie Jurgens
Natalie joined Commercial Capital in April of 2023. In just over a year, Natalie has effectively moved from the Documentation Team to Customer Success to Accounting and currently is our Accounts Receivable Liaison. Natalie’s positive attitude, kind and empathic nature, and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer has made a huge impact on our company. It is for those reasons that Natalie has continued to grow with the company and proven to be a great asset on every team she is a part of.

June – Carrie Bonanni
Carrie joined Commercial Capital in May of 2022, as a Documentation Specialist. Carrie proved to be an asset to the company, showing leadership qualities and a relentless drive to ensure tasks were completed correctly and efficiently and always with the goal of ensuring excellent customer service for both the Client and Sales Team. In October 2023, she was selected by our C-Suite to create and manage our Customer Success Team. Carrie has proven to be a capable leader, always putting the customer first and working hard to ensure that both our Sales Executives and customers’ issues are resolved in an effective and timely manner.
