Seeking Driven Sales Professionals to Fuel Expansion
Commercial Capital Company, a provider of capital equipment financing to businesses and equipment vendors, announces the expansion of its sales team and is actively seeking top sales talent to join their organization.
Commercial Capital has more than tripled its business since 2020 and surpassed its 2023 goal providing $165 million in equipment lease financing. The company has set a new goal of reaching $1 billion annually in equipment financing within the next eight years.
With that vision in mind, Commercial Capital is investing heavily in expanding its sales team.

Sales professionals with more than two years of experience in equipment finance are encouraged to submit their applications. Successful candidates will manage their own book of business, winning and nurturing equipment dealers, vendors, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Generating new business and sourcing origination opportunities.
- Developing strong relationships with vendors and small businesses.
- Managing a business portfolio and following up on leads.
- Effectively communicating finance solutions to prospective clients.
- Utilizing Salesforce to track leads and manage finance deals.
- Collaborating with the Director of Credit to expedite approvals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of high-performing sales experience, preferably in equipment lease finance.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; A concentration in Business Administration, Finance, or a Communications related field preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Commercial Capital offers a competitive draw, generous commissions, and flexible working hours. To jumpstart the business pipeline, and familiarize new sales executives with vendors, brokers, clientele, and processes you will experience a two week in-the-field onboarding with some of the company’s top sales executives.
Commercial Capital’s Customer Success team will assist with deal entry and client follow-up, allowing sales executives to focus on sourcing new business.
