Commercial Capital Company Welcomes Sarah Pendergrass as Accounting Controller

Commercial Capital Company, a provider of capital equipment financing to businesses and equipment vendors, welcomes Sarah Pendergrass as Accounting Controller.

With 20 years of finance and accounting experience, Pendergrass will be instrumental in leading Commercial Capital’s accounting team, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance, and managing the annual budget and forecasts.

Previously, Pendergrass served as the Senior Director of Finance and Financial Planning at VML in Kansas City, MO, where she played a crucial role in managing a portfolio with over $500 million in net revenue. Prior to VML, Pendergrass held a leadership role at Dairy Farmer’s of America where she managed financial planning & analysis efforts as well as budget and forecasting for seven manufacturing facilities with a combined annual revenue of more than $860 million.

Sarah’s leadership will play a pivotal role in ensuring that transition is smooth and compliant from an accounting perspective.”

Founded in 1985, Commercial Capital has experienced remarkable growth, now proudly serving over 3,000 customers nationwide and managing more than $320 million in assets. The company provides a diverse range of financing solutions, with values ranging from $5,000 to $10 million. In line with this growth, the Commercial Capital team has more than doubled since 2020, expanding from 23 to 60 full-time employees.
