Commercial Capital Company, a provider of capital equipment financing for businesses and equipment vendors, is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members as the company continues to scale its operations: Dan Rhodes as Capital Markets Manager and Madison Graniewski as Credit Analyst.
Commercial Capital Welcomes Dan Rhodes, Capital Markets Manager
Rhodes brings more than 15 years of experience in syndications, loan servicing, and asset management, along with a strong background in building efficient, scalable financial operations.
Before joining Commercial Capital Company, Rhodes served as Vice President of Commercial Loan Operations at Busey Bank, where he led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline internal workflows, and implement systems that increased accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the organization.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute to a company that is not only growing but is deeply committed to its customers and staff,” said Rhodes. “I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to drive efficiency and support continued growth.”
Commercial Capital Welcomes Madison Graniewski, Credit Analyst
Madison Graniewski brings more than five years of underwriting experience and a strong background in credit analysis and risk assessment within the equipment finance industry.
Prior to joining Commercial Capital Company, she spent over three years as a Credit Analyst at MHC Financial Services, where she reviewed customer credit, assessed risk, and supported sound lending decisions. Her experience includes creating and reviewing customer contracts, analyzing repossessions, extensions, and refinances, and reviewing financial statements to evaluate customers’ financial strength. She also brings valuable knowledge of the trucking industry, further strengthening the credit team.
“I’m very excited to be part of the Commercial Capital team and its positive culture,” said Graniewski. “I’m ready for this new challenge and look forward to making an impact by helping make the credit process as efficient as possible.”
Leadership Perspective
“Dan and Madison each bring valuable experience that strengthens our team in important ways,” said Seth Seely, Vice President of Finance and Credit at Commercial Capital Company. “Dan’s background in capital markets and operational efficiency will help support the continued growth of our capital markets platform and strengthen our ability to manage and scale our lending portfolio, while Madison’s underwriting and credit analysis experience strengthens our ability to maintain a thoughtful, efficient credit review process for our customers and partners.”
These additions reflect Commercial Capital’s continued focus on building a team that supports customers, partners, and the company’s long-term growth.
