Commercial Capital Company Climbs in Monitor’s 2026 Top 100 Rankings

Jul 21, 2026

Commercial Capital Company continues its upward momentum with improved national rankings in both assets and new business volume.

Commercial Capital has once again earned a place on Monitor’s Top 100 Rankings Report, climbing in both asset size and new business volume among the nation’s largest equipment finance companies. The improved rankings reflect another year of disciplined growth and reinforce the company’s position as one of the fastest-growing independent equipment finance providers in the country.

For the 2025 reporting year, Commercial Capital ranked:

  • #94 in Assets with $360 million in assets, improving from #98 the previous year.
  • #90 in New Business Volume with $205 million in originations, improving from #94 in 2024.
  • $123 million in syndicated volume, demonstrating the company’s continued ability to build strong funding partnerships while supporting larger financing opportunities.

“We’re honored to once again be recognized among the nation’s top equipment finance companies,” said Mitch Rice, Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Capital. “While the rankings are something we’re proud of, they’re really the result of staying focused on continuous improvement and making thoughtful investments that position us for long-term success.”

Commercial Capital’s growth has been driven by strong performance across its core industries, with construction, material handling, and truck and trailer financing continuing to represent the company’s largest asset classes. By remaining focused on these industries while expanding strategic partnerships nationwide, Commercial Capital has continued to grow responsibly without compromising its commitment to personalized service.

“Our strategy has always been to build an organization that can grow the right way,” said Jonathan Yount, Chief Operating Officer. “That means investing in our people, strengthening our technology, and continually improving our operations. Those investments allow us to scale while maintaining the responsiveness and relationships our customers expect. It’s rewarding to see that long-term approach reflected in these rankings.”

The recognition builds on a series of milestones for Commercial Capital over the past two years, including record-breaking originations, continued expansion of its funding network, and national recognition among Monitor’s leading independent equipment finance companies.

Founded in 1985, Commercial Capital remains a family-owned company committed to helping businesses acquire the equipment they need to succeed. While the rankings recognize financial growth, the company’s focus remains unchanged: building lasting relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and providing flexible financing solutions that help businesses move forward.
